All items on the website are subject to prior sale. Although we attempt to display only items that are available for purchase, occasionally, an item may be listed that is unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We strive to ensure that each product image is as accurate as possible; however, some pieces may appear slightly smaller or larger than their actual size. Additionally, various factors, including the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, may affect how a product image appears on your screen. We are not responsible for variations in color, texture, or detail due to display differences and cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
Product prices are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if a pricing error is discovered.
While we make every effort to ensure that all product details are accurate, occasional errors may occur in product descriptions. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update product details, and modify images at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
Special Orders
Items marked as “Special Order” are either not currently in stock, require custom fabrication, or need additional information from the customer. Please allow several weeks for delivery and contact our store to place your order.
Special orders are non-returnable, and no refunds or exchanges can be provided.
Terms & Conditions of Sale

Exchanges & Store Credit: Merchandise in its original, unworn condition may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days. Special Orders, customized items, and engraved pieces are non-refundable. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.
- Special Orders: Special orders are final sale and require a 50% non-refundable deposit. A special order consists of any jewelry, gemstone, watch, or gift item that is ordered or altered at the customer’s request.

Layaways: Layaway plans are available for up to five months with a 20% deposit, and monthly payments are required. If canceled, all payments will be converted into store credit. Layaway purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and terms are subject to Ray-Ward Fine Jewelers’ discretion.

Returned Checks: A $45 fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds or other banking issues

Gemstone Enhancement Notice: Some gemstones may undergo treatments to enhance color, clarity, and stability. Unless otherwise noted, it should be assumed that industry-standard treatments have been applied. Customers are responsible for informing us of any specific treatment preferences or concerns.

Repair Take-In Policy: By leaving an item for repair, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Any descriptions provided for your item are approximate and for reference only.
• Ray-Ward Fine Jewelers and its employees are not responsible for assessing the condition or identification of any jewelry or stones upon receipt.
• Items are accepted for service at the customer’s own risk, and the store is not liable for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by negligence on our part.
• If loss or damage occurs due to our negligence, our liability is limited to the declared value of the item (if provided) and will not exceed $100.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, loose stones, or any damage that may occur during routine repairs, cleaning, or adjustments.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their items.
• Jewelry or loose stones not purchased from Ray-Ward Fine Jewelers are set at the customer’s risk.
• Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned
