Shipping Policy

At Ray-Ward Fine Jewelers, we take great care in preparing and delivering every order. Whether you’re shopping online or choosing in-store pickup, our goal is to make your experience smooth, secure, and timely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed during our normal business hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Orders placed after 1 PM CST are processed the next business day.
  • Payment and order verification may take up to 24 hours.
  • If your item needs sizing, engraving, stone tightening, or inspection, please allow 7–10 additional business days for preparation.

If you’re shopping for a special occasion or need your item by a certain date, please call us at (580) 223-0533. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, as long as it does not compromise the integrity or craftsmanship of the piece.

Shipping (Online Orders)

Ray-Ward Fine Jewelers offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $40 on all domestic orders.

Shipping Details

  • Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours.
  • Items ship via FedEx or USPS.
  • Adult signature is required at delivery for your security.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.

If you need overnight or expedited shipping, please call to arrange it; additional fees may apply.

In-Store Pickup (Local Pickup)

Customers may choose Free In-Store Pickup at checkout.

How It Works

  1. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  2. Bring a photo ID and your order confirmation.
  3. Pickup is available during all store hours:
    • Mon–Fri: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

If you need to pick up outside normal hours, call us — we may be able to make arrangements.

Special Orders & Custom Items

Special orders, custom pieces, and altered items (such as ring sizing or engraving) require more time. We will provide an estimated timeline at the time of purchase and keep you updated throughout the process.

These items are non-returnable and not eligible for cancellation once production begins.

Delivery Requirements

To protect your purchase:

  • All shipped packages require an adult (21+) signature.
  • We cannot waive this requirement.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Delays, Damages, or Lost Packages

Once your item has shipped, Ray-Ward Fine Jewelers is not responsible for carrier delays.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us immediately and we will assist with the claims process.
